Fremtiden for HiB-studentene
Vi har to store begivenheter å gratulere studentene i Norge, lokalt og nasjonalt, med!
Nasjonalt har de to største studentorganisasjonene Studentenes Landsforbund og Norsk Studentunion opprettet en samlet Norsk studentorganisasjon (NSO). Dette er historisk, og vil ha en enorm påvirkning på studentpolitikken framover. 200 000 studenter er representert, og vil vise seg slagkraftig i arbeidet sitt framover for dere, studentene.

Lokalt har vi hatt leder- og nestleder valg for Studentparlamentet ved Høgskolen i Bergen. Den nyvalgte lederduoen Øystein Fimland (leder) og Sindre Dueland (nestleder) ser fram til å få studentparlamentets valgoppslutning opp til 50%. Begge to er erfarne studentpolitikere her på HiB og kommer til å gjøre sitt beste for dere.
Hva blir din hjertesak framover Øystein? ”Jeg ser både utfordringer og stort potensiale i studentorganisasjonene på HiB. Jeg vil ved siden av å utøve SP HiBs politikk gjøre mitt aller beste for å knytte organisasjonene sammen og gjøre HiB til et helhetlig miljø, godt rustet til nye HiB på Kronstad. Et Studentparlament som er synlig og tilgjengelig både internt og eksternt er en forutsetning for at vi skal lykkes med dette. ”
“Kontakten med studentene skal styrkes, og valgoppslutningen rundt SP valget skal opp på over 50 %. Jeg har mye erfaring, og er sterk på både organisatorisk arbeid og politisk kunnskap.” sier Sindre Dueland og ser frem til starten av sin vervsperiode 1. juli.
